EDIT: I see I got a thumbs down for this, maybe I should make my question a little more clear. I understand I now either have to call Costco or go into a Costco store with a T-Mobile presence to do the actual phone trade in. However, I'm not clear on how clicking on the link and entering my information will eventually get associated with the trade in? Is there anything I need to mention during the actual trade in about what I just filled out online? And if I do the trade in person, will I get the $100 gift cards immediately? If I do the trade over the phone, when will I get the gift cards?
