If I trade in at Costco, can I hand over the trade-in phones right there? How does it work ?

So if I do upgrade deal (not new line) at a Costco store or Costco CS number, which plan qualify for the Costco Virtual cash card promotion?

I am on One Plus Promo plan,

Thanks,
Not sure but I heard from the rep that my simple choice is not eligible.

No, you're ordering through T-Mobile kiosk/rep so you're buying from T-Mobile, not Costco and subjected to T-Mo return policy.

You're providing the trade info to Costco only and trade in is done either at the T-Mo stores or via mail in (label included in your new phone shipment)

BTW did it on Tmobile through facebook since Iphone 6 trade in was giving me issues on their website just like others have stated in this thread.

Yeah, I'd agree with this as well, I think you should be able to pay it off and still get the 'credit'.

See line "Customers who have enrolled in promotions prior to July 1, 2024, are not included in this update"

The way I read this is any "Device Promotion Updates" that start on July 1 will start applying then, and not to those that got in before.

It asks if front screen is damaged. But it doesn't ask if back is cracked. Will they deny this if back is cracked but front screen is good? They don't ask about the back at all.

If I had read this first probably wouldn't have bought, but fortunately seems like the promo already applied to the account.

Just called in and upgraded two more old SEs.

Not a screaming deal, but assuming the Costco gift cards come in probably won't get much better. And also assuming I don't have a major hassle with bill credits.

Planning to stick on TMo, but the more they do typical carrier garbage like this the more desperately I want to be an un-customer.

I keep getting a message "We're sorry, we can't accept your trade-in due to the condition of the device."

I am trading an iPhone 6 Plus in good condition.

Do it via T-Mobile chat .seems to work for me. They also gave a credit to offset 35 dollar device connection charge

You have to call tmobile, chat with them, or call costco... website does not work for 6

few months ago, buying iphone 13 itself was $315 at target, no trade in needed, that's a deal. this is not so much a deal because you are stuck with 24 months if you want the full $315 credit. and the tax is off the full price of $630 where the target deal is off $315. not to mention iphone 13 is about 3 generation old and shouldn't cost at $630 now.
