There's even a code if you're dead, give that a try >

"An SEC code is a three letter code that describes how a payment was authorized by the consumer or business receiving an ACH transaction. SEC stands for 'Standard Entry Class'. SEC codes are defined and maintained by NACHA, the governing body for the ACH network."
So really, more like $750. Also this is taxable income as well.
0.01% is pathetic!
I don't know, is it worth it? I'm thinking about just doing the checking separate and ditching Sofi.
I finally did after Chase "escalated" the issue. It took three months and multiple phone calls. Finally was connected with a nice foreign woman who made it happen.
Got the same they are asking for code

Should I bother going in person to try to do it or is it going to still not allow it there either?

I wonder if any other banks have good bonuses without depositing over this amount. At one point a local bank had a $400 offer just for opening a checking account alone, but I never seem to get it offered again.
