Speaking like you don't use the product, therefore have no first hand experience.

I can speak FROM experience since I use Nord, that it's 10x better than my previous VPN (PIA) My 1GB FIOS connection, I can easily get 100+mb downloads going, and never had any issues with it disconnecting.

It also works for the Google/Youtube country trick to sign up for their premium service Smilie

Been using Nord for years on my gigspeed connection. Downloads are routinely 250/150Mbps D/U.

It's been way faster than Express and has more servers. Plus, I can put it on my router. Only issues I've had with it are when servers cycle and I have to reconnect.

I was able to tack this onto the end of my existing plan with them. And it shows as 10 devices, not 6.

There's different kinds of cashback. Those where you go through a site first to activate it (and then wait forever before you get it), and those from your credit card company. I assume you did the latter, that's why it didn't matter that is was a renewal.

I would interpret 6 licenses would be that 6 devices could be on concurrently and you are with your license. Past year have been impressed with their service, renewed for another year, and will probably get another at this price.
Honestly, it's not normal for 1 subscriber to have 6 connections at the same time unless you share it someone else who does not live in your household. It's like asking why can't I share my Netflix or Hulu account with other people? I understand you want to save money, but we don't make the rules.

As others mentioned, this deal will stack on existing subscription. I purchased 3 and stacked them all. I was waiting on the validation code to be emailed to me, but logged in to Woot and saw the validation code on the order history. Great deal and I love Nord. It does the job I need.

So did I and then I bought another two from this $20 deal today. The $10 difference wont' make me (or you) poor, and it was still a good deal. Stock up on the $20 and apply them to your account. Despite them saying 6 devices, they are actually 10 devices.

This is correct. You could gamble and start a new account but no idea if it's like Sam's club where they have alternative methods to validate a returning user, and then you're stuck paying full price.
