Here's what one reviewer says: The description is confusing, it says "2 pack" so I assumed I was ordering 2 boxes with a qty of 50 in each box but that's not what you get. 1 box with 50, I guess the 2 pack part is referencing the 2 tylenol you get in each individual packs inside. Was disappointed
$10 for 1000 caplets at costco, or $13.65 for 100 caplets here, but brand name.
I find it hard to believe that you'd get brand name Tylenol for less than what you pay for bulk generic at Costco.

I believe that review is in regards to the other option: 50 packets of 2 capsules=100

It doesn't appear that there are any reviews specifically for the 36 box option:
so there might still be hope.
There's only 1 option to buy it, there is no other version with 3600 caplets for you to choose. It even clearly states 100 count in the description.
Simple math here: $12.99 divided by 13 cents = 100 caplets
