TV is good/decent for the price. Looked better than the Samsung (?) branded FireTV next to it. My main TV is an OLED but this is for a second room and works fine.
You're almost always better off going with a firetv stick or similar, as the TV OS will likely get outdated and slow down over the years. Can't say for sure on this one yet, but I almost never use the TV OS for streaming.
With that said, I am using the firetv built in here, and it's comparable to my 4k firetv stick (currently). I just don't expect it to age well over the years. I wouldn't consider the FireTV OS built in to be a selling point, is I guess what I'm getting at. You can buy a stick for $30 and get mostly the same experience.
TV has been good, for the price, doubt I'd spend the $580 mentioned here for it though.
The one neat feature (?) is that the TV basically acts as a TV + FireTV Stick + Echo, so you can say "Alexa, Turn on the TV", "Alexa, Turn off the TV", "Alexa play (show)" and it will do it, no remote needed. Good for those times you're in bed and don't want to find the remote, it's a lazy/convenience feature (but nice to have)
