I bought the rp600 II bookshelf speakers out of curiosity when they were on sale at adorama for $320 and they're pretty decent compared to my wharfedale evo 4.2s and elac reference. The new large horn for the tweeters I think makes a bigger soundstage difference on highs but these are really meant to be for mids and crossover to subs for the lows. I'd imagine this system deal is probably going to be the best sounding system for the price if you have the space for it. There are better sounding systems for sure but there is a point of diminishing returns and with half the comments here bashing on the klipsch name brand as being low end trash, it allows for others to advantage of the stigma and get into a pretty decent system for a great sale price. I don't think anyone will have buyers remorse at this price point.

The speakers in this slickdeals post are way better speakers. Just make sure you have room for them because they are also a lot bigger than the ones from costco.

This is actually incredibly similar to my current setup. Only difference is i opted for the non-atmos floorstandings then bought the separate atmos speakers and wall mounted them. I did opt for SVS Subs over klipsch and am very happy with that decision. I will say I haven't had a chance to use the RP klipsch subs which are fairly new. Only other thing I have is the RP-502S for side surrounds which are my favorite speakers in my setup.

What a great deal! I have just about the same setup plus an RP-1400SW subwoofer. It gets compliments from everyone and sounds amazing. Sure you could spend more money on an even higher end setup but I think this is the sweet spot for price:performance

Very solid deal on good speakers, the 8060's are huge thou and the built-in atmos on top is worthless!

This deal w/ 8000's would be fantastic for around $1299 or so..

Would this bundle be a little overkill for a 10x11 room? I've gone down a rabbit hole and have no idea what to get for my first surround sound purchase. Now I have a reason to get one to match my LG G3 77" and PS5. I've even considered getting 4 Kef Q150, and some matching center, but all of a sudden that is like a couple hundred dollars difference than this.

Worth waiting to see what other speakers become available for maybe July 4th / Prime day deals?

Is it overkill for that size room, Most likely but here's the thing, they are great speakers overall and if you ever move to another room then your already all set plus you can always just use the volume knob in your 10 X 11 room and that way no system is ever too much.. You adjust the volume to what is needed for your taste in the room your in. Klipsch speakers do not require a so called "minimum" voulme for them to sound good, etc due to there insanely high sensitivity ratings. One caveat, The 8060's are HUGE especially depth wise.. so check how far into your room they will stick out... but back to is this over kill? that can only be really answered by you and your wallet! Applause

I'm interested in this deal but I don't need the Atmos reflective speakers. I presume I can just not have those in use and skill will work fine? I have speakers in the ceiling for my height channels.
