You do this by selecting new customer and then you still have to enter your name and details to create a verizon account? Then you pay by credit card and once you do that, you go to the store and show your ID to pick it up?
So someone who just wants to buy this case but doesn't even have an iphone 13 mini or use verizon can buy this case?

Users were able to complete their orders without being a Verizon subscriber. I don't see why would deny taking your money for a purchase without being an 13 mini owner or Verizon customer.
You could always put in the order to see if it goes through then call to verify with the store you've ordered from.

Is that how it works? I haven't ever ordered things where I then go pick it up at the store... whether this could be a walgreens or clothing store or anything so I'm not sure how this all works.

If not, if you were to place the order, how soon can you go pick it up? Say it's available at the store and you place the order the night before or the following morning, do you need to wait for an email to confirm you can go to that verizon to store to pick it up? Or you can just go there and pick it up? I have no idea what express pickup is but you have to enter your information on a screen to pick it up? I thought express pickup was you go to the counter and show them your information for pickup? How does this exactly work? You can't just make the order if that item is available at the verizon store and then go to the store and pick it up in an hour or so?
Did the same apply to this one if you are not a current verizon customer? If you go to the store to buy it without ordering it online, it would cost you retail price instead of this?
So after you place the order, you wait an hour or so for confirmation? Then you have up to 3 days to pick it up?
Also, is it confirmed you don't need to be a current verizon customer for this promotion? But you do need to create a verizon account when making the order or you can do this as a guest?
