Just a heads up that while much better than soda, Polar Seltzer waters have high forever chemical contents in them

Just a heads up that the science that Consumer Reports commissions is often pretty light on actual science due to abysmally small sample sizes that may or may not have any real world statistical relevance. I have not seen the methodology behind their water tests, which were several years ago. but they have been known to trumpet some pretty questionable statistics before.

I'll keep buying Polar seltzer because the lime is delicious and the closest reasonably-priced thing I've found to Perrier Lime, which is my all-time favorite. And I know even at the CR numbers, this is much, much safer than a lot of alternatives. Going calorie-free without even any artificial sweeteners has got to be much healthier than drinking Pepsi with HFCS and all the other junk, even if the Pepsi has no detectable PFAS, which is unlikely.

Yes CR decided to adopt agendas several years ago. Its not a reliable mag anymore

Yeah, I still look through CR once in a while when I see a paper copy (grandparents passed a few years ago so actual mags are rare around here now), but they should not be assumed to be 100% neutral or to place our interests above profit. Good place to start when choosing between models of something, but not a final decision maker.

Be careful of these cans because they are thin as could be and burst when dropped, frozen or overheated.
The cans are sharp as razors when cut or ruptured
I've definitely had this issue. I had entire flats burst in an unheated garage in the deep winter.

Much prefer Waterloo over this. And, when it goes BOGO near me I get 24 cans for not much more.

Indeed, I made the mistake of forgetting a can in the freezer - pop.
Then I dropped a couple of cans - pop pop.
I left a can in hot car - pop
Don't squeeze the cans when empty because they can cut someone pretty bad - its like cans by Gillette
