Most stores in my area dont even take coupons or promos. Me personally i rather get publix subs for the same price. Taste better and use much more meat in their subs
Why would a subway employee care if you used a coupon, unless they were the franchise owner or related to the owner. You can usually tell when a subway is family operated when you walk in and more than likely that location will not accept coupons and if they do, they'll frown upon you using them.
My local subway's are running low on ingredients and was curious if it's happening to anyone else. I ordered some subs yesterday on the app and when I arrived they said they didn't have tomatoes, cheese, pickles, etc to complete the subs but made do with what they had and wanted me to take them as is, I had to turn them down and now do a chargeback.
Nope, if we all stop going they'll just go out of business. $5 footlongs are gone forever, probably $6, too. I think $6 covers costs but not by much, and leaves no profit for the franchisees, due to how much everything costs now. Too bad, but as a small business owner, I know how hard it is to stay profitable and keep prices reasonable. No sub shop can sell $5 footlongs anymore. The only places that can are big chain supermarkets and whatnot, because they cover the overhead with other sales.

Everyone at the top is screwing us. Consumer and small business owners getting screwed the most. Unfortunately, people will stop going.
So subway now forces all stores to honor all promos. My closest subway has figured out a way around being forced to accept the coupons. Now they never show that they are open on the app, they are always "closed" even when open. Promos are app only, so they won't take them in person. Sigh.
It's ok, I just get my subs from Publix and at times Firehouse they are much better anyway.

I went to several subways and they gave me a problem. I actually had them make my sub, and walked out on one of them. F them
