Aside from the very mixed reviews I'd point out that the power button is a momentary switch. It will not automatically turn back on in the event of a power failure (and obviously subsequent return of power). I won't buy any enclosure with that setup.

Reviews note heat issues. I've found enclosures with fans are better since they keep the drive cool.
