The unit itself is good, takes up less space than my 17 year old Samsung washer & gas dryer. Each load will take 4-5 hrs usually to complete but you can program it to run overnight to avoid the wait. Smartthings app will tell you when your wash is complete.

i have stackable space in my basement and i am afraid each load would take too long

Just ordered one. Costco gives 2 year extended warranty, making it a steal 😊
however recently, i actually ran into this situation and that's not at all what that 2 year warranty means. I called their warranty service and they explained that Costco provides an extension of manufacturers warranty up to a max of 2 years. Meaning if manufacturer offers 2 years, costco doesn't offer anything extra; but if manufacturer offers only 1 year, then you get 1 extra year from costco.
extremely disappointing but it makes way more sense that what the comments here implied.

I've had this unit since March and we love it. Got some much needed space back in our laundry room. According the SmartThings app, we are using 50% less electricity than our previous washer/dryer combo which was a Samsung pair from 2022.
We mostly use the AI cycle and it's typically 2.5 to 3 hours. We've run the towels mode and it's been as much as 4 hours, bedding mode can be 4.5 hours but you can also run a small load in about 100 minutes.
