just an FYI to anyone buying rice from AMZ. My bags always showed up ripped the last few times, I've since opted to go into stores to get my rice.

Different rice for different purposes. I love jasmine for many things but it's pretty loose. Calrose works better in something like a curry sauce or some soups. They both taste great to me, though different. I'll hit up basmati for some dishes as well.
