If you need these for 10awg they're the 221-683. Not on sale.

I only recently found out these exist and bought the small like 10 pack, I've been doing electrical literally since I was 10 years old, have fully rewired a house etc etc.

These are fantastic and while more expensive than twist nuts, the ease and speed with which they let me work made them 100% worth it. Thanks for the share.

With tax they're a little under 50 cents a piece. Pretty expensive still but I've used them before and they're so easy to use, you're paying for convenience and not having to sit there twiddling with all the wires.

As just a DIYER this box will probably last me a life time.

They are a cool idea...I only use them for things I may have to take apart later as they're expensive. Easy to use though. If they were cheaper I'd def use them every where

I recently built a an extra room in my house, and these were indispensable in testing out wires, receptacles, no more damaged twisted wire, no need to cut the wire ending up with short wires. Now every time i open something up i replace the twist nuts with these, breaks down the cost, and if i opened something up the first time down the road i'll likely be doing something again.

It's probably a lot more than that per piece for a typical DIYer because a large portion of these will probably go unused. There's something to be said for having a variety of these on hand in a kit like this, but it might be cheaper in the long run to just buy them as you need them.

I'm not an electrician but I don't see why not. As long as everything is properly sealed. I used them on some lighting in soffits of my shed.

This pack is worth it if it saves you a few trips to the store just in gas savings, not to mention the convenience of always having them when you need them. In addition, if you just go to the store when you need them, you are going to pay more per piece.

These are great for test/temp connections, connecting stranded to solid wire, and low voltage applications with thin wire that could break if you twist a lot. I did a bunch of DIY electrical improvements to my house and these connectors saved a ton of time and twisting. Worth it even at the added per unit price.

If you're just needing the 2 conductor, Home Depot is cheaper per piece. The 3 conductor is comparable, and if your wiring light switches and outlets, the 2 and 3 are 95% of what you'll need.

And right there on Amazon they are even cheaper.
