Got mine set up yesterday, and for a grand I'd say I'm impressed. The adjusters slide easily and click into place solidly, the weights move smoothly and it came mostly assembled already. The bench folds nicely with latches on both ends (so it doesn't flop when moved unlike some others), has wheels and hangs perfectly from the hook under the tablet mount. The pull up bar is sturdy and textured and the whole machine is actually robust enough that I think it will work well for quite a while. It's not a $5k piece of commercial equipment, but unless you're a juicehead who thinks he's a power lifter this is probably more than the average person would need at home. I'm not huge (middle aged, 5 10, 185lbs, bench 300ish, don't squat d/t herniated discs and facet joint issues) and having this at home with my flat bench and some deadlift stuff should mean all I need to do at the gym proper is leg machines and upright row, for the most part. I think a belt with clips on the side will make quasi-squats doable.
I mainly bought this for cable shoulder and back exercises, and it is going to be great for that.
If you are over 6 ft tall you might have to do tricep extensions on your knees, but
Anyway, just adding some casual-user type of input for those on the fence. I have no regrets.
It's not something I'd want to do often but it's truly the easiest part of assembly/disassembly. Don't try to be too optimistic, if you don't think you'd wanna do that don't try to convince yourself you will lol, but it's not terribly difficult.
