This is almost identical to the bestbuy price + tax. These don't come with stands right? I don't plan on wall mounting for now

That's correct. The Gallery Series is typically intended to be wall mounted. LG changed that stance in 2024 because you order the G4 with a stand or wall mount. Lastly you should be able to find a third party tabletop stand that supports the VESA pattern and weight of the G3.
