If you need to do serious work, go with a reputable brand. If you need to drill big holes, don't bother with SDS. Just go straight to SDS Max. I just put three 1 3/4" holes into concrete, and it was hard enough with SDS Max. Not going to happen with plain SDS.
Hilti makes a vibration reduction version, but that's only worthwhile if you're drilling many, many holes.

Rockwell isn't what it used to be (just like everything else) but I think this would be worth the $ if you really needed one. Jigsaws are somewhat handy but only for very specific applications...with my oscillating multitool and circular saw I can generally knock out any job. Jigsaws are nice for really tight corner cuts or elaborate designs that require an intricate cut.
