Mix water, fresh juice, honey (if you need added sweetness)
Think about if you were juicing yourself. You just put the fruit in and juice it. You don't really add anything.
Yet, look at the ingredients on that list. Filled with artificial sweeteners, fake flavors to make it taste fruity, and they add fake color dye because there's not much real juice in it so they have to make the beverage look 'real'.
Looking at the ingredients list, there's too much nonsense. They can't make a profit selling REAL juice for $1.55. At cost, it's less than $1 for the company making it. So you're pretty much paying for water and chemicals added into some juice. And by juice, we're talking about fruits/veggies that are damaged and then salvaged to make this juice.
Also, juice itself is pretty bad because of the sugar intake. Even natural fruit juice. Because you are removing the fiber, your body is just sipping on sugar vitamin water. If you can, just eat the fruit. If you are juicing, you are 100% better off making a smoothie instead.
In terms of medical problems, many countries ban the type of ingredients used in these products because of health concerns. Countries in Europe ban many American processed foods from being sold in their country. Look at how much America spends on healthcare for obesity and chronic conditions caused by the food they eat... it's in the hundreds of billions, likely will enter trillions once people get enrolled into Medicare in the future.
