FYI — if you are absolutely positive that you can purchase it through Instacart, you can save an additional $40 dollars by buying two $100 Instacart gift cards for $160 using the deal below and redeeming them when purchasing this.

Also, if you haven't used it already, don't forget to use the $15 off $50+ purchase code of SUMMERSAMEDAY24. Stacked with the gift card deal above, this should be an additional $55 bucks off on this deal.

Just wanted to add to this. It showed sold out for me, but I happened to come to my local Costco just now and they have it listed for 199.97. I would recommend others check their local store if it shows sold out through the Costco same day delivery.
I did a longer write up in a previous thread, but for tri-band wireless mesh, WiFi 6 is the one you want. You don't want WiFi 6E or higher in a tri-band setup because they added 6GHz channel support, which screwed up the more useful 5GHz dedicated channel. 6Ghz is not as useful in real world scenarios and many IOT consumer devices aren't compatible.

Quad-band wireless mesh systems solve that issue, but are still crazy expensive.

Finally, from my personal experience and from industry reviews, Orbi is still near the top of all wireless mesh systems in terms of two key things: stability and bandwidth. Netgear still makes firmware updates for products 6+ years into their lifecycle, which sadly isn't the case for every manufacturer and is an important feature when new vulnerabilities pop-up.

I just want an additional sat for mine. Not sure this is the cheapest option but will have to look up how many you can interconnect and the going price.

Only the two satellites can be used as satellites no?

The main router can't be used as satellite

I actually called my local warehouse and asked about the item number and they said none is in stock. Not sure if it's worth going in myself to check out.

This is correct. You can find threads on reddit where they've flashed a router with firmware to use as a satellite, but there.. ymmv

I have the RBR750 system. This one uses RBR760. Has anyone used both and can comment on performance? I'll only use it as Mesh in AP Mode. My main router is Asus RT-AC68U running Merlin Firmware.

Just realize this is through Instacart. It's OOS for my area. Costco's own website is showing $549.99.

Depends on the exact model/Orbi system but here it is from Netgear...

The maximum number of satellites you can use with your Orbi WiFi System depends on which WiFi standard it supports:
WiFi 5: We recommend adding a maximum of 6 total satellites, with a maximum 2 satellites in a daisy chain.
WiFi 6, 6E, & 7: We recommend adding a maximum of 4 total satellites, with a maximum of 2 satellites in a daisy chain.
Orbi WiFi 6, 6E, & 7 Systems are able to support more than 4 satellites via wireless connection; however, to ensure the best WiFi performance, we recommended using wired Ethernet backhaul connections for each satellite past the 4th. For example: 1 wired satellite for systems with 5 total satellites and 2 wired satellites for systems with 6 total satellites.
Currently, the Orbi Pro WiFi 6 Mesh system supports 6 satellites.
