Hi
At this configuration (1024 Wh + 1024Wh), are there any incentives on the next year tax return?
Needs to be over 3kwh for tax incentives I believe. Check the IRS website for further detail

Overkill to buy one of these as a giant UPS for my sump pump?

I expect actually running the pump constantly it would not hold out long being a 1hp - rated 10A pump, but since It usually does not run constantly might buy 4-6 hours of coverage in a power outage.

Standard being a central AC? Your going to need to buy this a few times over for 8 hours of 3 ton AC. Minisplit AC use less, and window AC the least. A 3 ton AC uses 4 of these batteries per hour.
so for a 5 ton ill need like 25 of them maybe lol

Probably the best price ever for new units. I think many of us are holding out for the Delta/River 3 models. I'm going to wait another 2-3 months and see if pricing comes down even further towards the holiday shopping season.
Price aside, what are the changes that would make that worthwhile to wait?

Can they be hooked up to solar panels? Would like to heat and cool the basement with an ac and heater and use it for power and swap units outside each time ?

my new dual inverter window ac uses little to no electricity and has power monitored on the app.

1kwh a day or so.
would you mind linking the A/C unit?i

Kind of like the idea of using one unit inside to power the furnace blower, sump pump and fridge, while the other one is getting trickle-charged inside by my Model Y's cig lighter adapter. Swap it out whenever the inside unit is depleted. With a fully charged car I think we could limp along in a blizzard emergency for a couple weeks.

These are strictly to keep your Wi-Fi on and charge your tablet during natural disasters.
If you are careful, the extra battery will provide you with coffee pot access and keep your Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla creamer cold, longer.
Other uses are up to each individual person.

That's why I think batteries are useful as a hybrid power solution. If you have enough panels the batteries cover/regulate the power the panels provide, rather than to he used when the sun is not out, at least in regards to high power appliances. You'd need a secondary source of power to cover overnight hours. I think larger capacity batteries/setups will become a lot more affordable in the next 5-10 years, but until they bring other chemistries to market, I don't see the capacity running central ACs overnight.

I have the EcoFlow River 2 Pro and a set of solar panels. The battery is a beast and charges super fast off of a wall socket. I think I paid about 50% of what this deal is, for like 3/8 of the power capacity - this is a screaming deal.

EcoFlow battery is good, but Wellbots customer service is terrible.
