Well it's $200 and there's no annual fee and no minimum spend requirement. Might take an hour to sign up, tops? If the hit to your credit doesn't matter then you just have to calculate whether $200 is worth an hour of your time and maybe a little bit of fussing around with paying the balance, cancelling card or whatever down the line.

I'm thinking of signing up for Prime to get this offer, but not if I'll still only get a $60 sign-up bonus.
If you applied for Chase card in the past then you can check your reports to see which one(s) they pulled -- otherwise temporarily unfreeze all 3 for one day
