These are garbage. Don't waste your time. Go buy a Toto instead.

Got tricked into buying one of these on a previous deal. It lasted about a month or so before the nozzle stopped moving out of its home. Customer service was useless. I just considered it a loss and bought a Toto. It's performed flawlessly the last year I've owned it.

I want to know how many people actually have an outlet close to the toilet that this can be used on?

maybe new builds but most will have to get a new outlet added, pretty easy to run from another outlet in the bathroom

No one does. That's what color matching and cable frames are for. If you've ever built a computer- it's the same thing. Stealth cabling, just with home depot instead.

This seat is horrible. The water stream is wayyyyy too far forward. My junk hits the front of the seat because i have to scoot up so far forward to wash my starfish.

I have multiple bio bidets and have for years, also have a toto in my primary bathroom. I like both but agree the toto is better, but was also twice the price. I think at this price point it's a great option for many people, I haven't used these new models but have been happy with the products. I think one of the seat heaters failed on one out of the 4 bio bidets after a couple years that I got for a family member but otherwise no issues. Haven't had to use customer service yet, but Costco has bidets on sale around these prices every so often, so might be a good choice if people are worried about warranty/satisfaction

at least tell us "for how much more" on your toto. so we can reconsider it.
