I am still using fold 3 and see whether it is worth upgrading to fold 6. My fold 3 inner screen malfunction last year but luckily i have samsung care+. They replaced a brand new inner screen and the phone housing/buttons with no extra fee. So, my fold 3 is able to another 1 or 2 years. Moral of story is must get samsung care + if buying this expensive folding phone.

Hmm Love / Hate Samsung, they pretty much get me rolling into a brand-new device every year.... Usually, it's a few hundred to roll into the model which is probably about the depreciation on the phone anyway, i guess over the course of 4 years I probably spend about 1600 on new devices with the trade in model. Considering a Samsung device is basically worthless after 3 or 4 years i guess I'm paying a few hundred dollars premium but also always get to have the newest.
Maybe I'm doing idiot justification math....

It cost me $75 to upgrade from the Flip 3 to 4. Then $54 to upgrade from the Flip 4 to Flip 5.

Been doing this every year since I bought my Z-Flip 3, cant beat getting a +$1000 phone every year for for $50-100$! Cant beat the pocketability of the Z-Flip's and they keep getting better & better every year!
