Folding phones have the lowest residual value. Someone posted some research on Reddit about this. They lose like 50% in the first year.

Finally figured it out. I forgot to add back the education discount on the browser after coming back from the app. Thanks.

Edit - by the way, cb is now 15% instead of 12% on mobile phones.

Weird that creating a new Samsung account I can't use referral still. Was tempted to cancel and reorder in hopes of cashback tracking better… but that'll also delay shipping quite a bit.

Okay, I couldn't resist. With Fold 5 trade in + referral discount + $100 preorder + $50 app preorder + edu discount + free year of care+ for grabbing tmobile version = 491.49 - cashback of 15% = 417.77 to upgrade as no tax state.
