Takes 20% off the list price of $339.99. So $133 - $68 = $65.

This package qualifies for the Save 20% when you trade-in a qualifying Amazon device. I selected to trade in an old dot for $3 and instantly got the 20% off. Made this bundle $64.99 plus tax.

Not sure, but won't want to take a chance if you cancel trade, they will charge the $133..

Besides, the dot isn't even worth $5.. they can have it! Smilie

It's not a deal because these are spy devices and should be free as they will be directly monitoring the buyer or customer. Strong pass for me and wouldn't even take this deal even if I was paid money to take it.
Bla bla bla!

Can you help me explain why they are selling for that much? I have like 6-7 XT2 laying around. I never liked the quality of the day or night videos.
The XT2 cameras don't require a plan and can be used as if you have a subscription plan. No need for a usb drive in the sync module.

Great, thanks. So can I add these new Blink 4 cameras to the same existing system and use them like before without paying for subscription?

I believe with the Blink 4 without a subscription you'll need to put a usb drive in the sync2 module which is included in the Blink 4 kit.

How do you sign up for Blink+? I do not have any blink yet. Do I sign up via amazon or blink directly?

Can anyone clarify me this. I have 4 Blink XT2s never had to pay any sub, So if I bought this could i sell my old ones and still not pay a sub or would I need to keep 1 XT2 active in the setup?
Thanks

Even with an XT2 you'd have to pay for a subscription for anything newer unless you use a usb drive in the included sync2 module. Now if you created your account before April 2020 (I believe) then you are grandfathered in and no subscription or usb drive is needed for any cameras.

this is one of those items YOU need to try yourself in your specific way. actually that can be said for most any slickdeals items. no one else's review/comment is likely to help. with amazon, you have 30 days, you'll know by then if it's a keeper or not for you. personally, we've been impressed with our model of this camera. it's worked almost perfectly, and without their cloud offer. but again, your expectations & gadget experience will likely be different then me. but do try it, especially at this price.
That's the plan. What worries me from reading the reviews is the 10-second delay in alerts and recording. If that were true, it would defeat the purpose of these cameras.

Also, from the reviews, it appears that you're not able to do a mass delete of recorded footages from the app. They have to be deleted one at a time. That's really PIA and ancient in terms of technology, or just a way of Blink to get people to sign up for the cloud.

We have a NVR system hardwired which has a tenth of a second delay. So 10 sec delay would make these camera useless and a deal breaker.

That seems to be 20% off the sale price instead of 20% off the regular price.

I can go to the app then clips/edit/select all then it will show delete 500.
I'm grandfathered in so not using a usb drive.

Alert is nearly instant here. Usually hear people outside the door (hallway) and the alert often comes before I hear them. Better than Outdoor 3 in this respect.

That said, I ordered Outdoor 4 early on and experienced numerous clips of nearly zero length. Returned and gave it another try some months later, happy with the second. So I may have had a lemon from early production, or they may have a QC issue.

Most annoying thing is the lack of a web portal, and there seems to be little or no warning between low battery and when the camera stops working. More vendors need to be like Arlo in this respect, which emails me when battery is low.
