We just finished building half of this tonight. Got the alert for the price drop yesterday and ordered it right away as it sat in my cart for 7 months. Someone gifted us the Princess Peach castle set not knowing Princess Peach was not included in her castle. Bowser must be the CEO of Lego to make you spend more to buy the other sets. Although pricey, I haven't touched Legos for over 30 years and the Lego app makes it easy to build and the interactive characters make it quite fun for kids.

Is the Lego app that much fun? Most times it is one extra thing that goes on the phone or ipad that then needs to be periodically updated and increase security concerns.

The app kills these Mario sets. It is SO Frustrating to try to zoom in on the tiny pic on a phone and then have to locate the next step. Plus keeping your phone from going dark.. just Lego cheating out. I contacted them and requested paper booklets they told me they'd send them and all they sent was the 2 page advertisement that came in the box! Leaves a bad taste for Legos.
