I got the Costco 18x20oz pack this weekend, this stuff is great. Tastes good, coconut water, b vitamins. It has some carbs but it's in the form of sugar alcohols (erithrytol) so only 20 calories for 20 oz. Really good over ice.

Be aware that a lot of these low calorie sports drinks are now sweetened with alcohol sugars. This one uses erythritol. The label lists it as an ingredient, but doesn't indicate how much. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight and erythritol is second on the list behind water. A different sports drink I bought 17g.

You're right, and while we're at it same goes for Gatorade, Powerade, Monster Energy, Rockstar Energy, Coca Cola, Mountain Dew....

Oh wait literally NOTHING here is advertising itself as pure coconut water.

Doesn't the ingredient lists in order from highest amount of ingredients to lowest? If so it seems like there's a ton of it if coconut water is next and the label says it's 10% coconut water.

"Natural Flavors and Sweeteners
No Artificial Sweeteners, Flavors or Dye"

Ingredients:

Filtered Water, Erythritol, Coconut Water Concentrate, Citric Acid, Dipotassium Phosphate (Electrolyte), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Magnesium Oxide (Electrolyte), Gum Arabic, Stevia rebaudiana Leaf Extract, Vegetable Juice Concentrate (Color), Natural Peach Mango Flavor with other Natural Flavors, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Calcium D-Pantothenate (Vitamin B5), Ester Gum, alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Zinc Oxide (Electrolyte), Guar Gum, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), Vitamin A Palmitate (Vitamin A), beta-apo-8'Carotenal (Color), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Very misleading imo. Artificial sweeteners, chemicals, acids and other junk.

Erythritol may cause digestive issues, including nausea. It may also be associated with blood clots and heart problems. Sensitivity and symptoms can vary. NOT natural!

Stevia leaves are processed in a lab with ethanol. NOT natural!

In May 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) released a guideline that advises against using non-sugar sweeteners (NSS) to control body weight or reduce the risk of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). The guideline is based on a review of evidence that suggests long-term use of NSS may not reduce body fat and could have negative health effects. These effects could include an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and mortality in adults.

Yup, loads of artificial sugars. Terrible.

Thanks for the heads up. Repped! nod

I prefer the Zero version sweetened with Stevia. I read the sugar alcohols may be linked to heart conditions so I will be avoiding it until more studies are conducted.
