don't get a combo unit like this. if you want charcoal get a little charcoal unit. This thing just doesn't make sense. I could see an open propane GRILL on the other side but not mixing fuel sources this close together.

The griddle burner is an H shape, so the center is pretty much going to be the only good spot to cook on. That's why there are complaints about not getting hot enough or uneven cooking. Better getting a unit with dual burners and a separate charcoal grill.

If you already own a grill you do not need a Blackstone. Just get some cast iron cooking.

Is this a case of trying to do too many things or can it grill well on both sides.

I really want one of these for some reason even knowing it's a meme grill. Also what are they smoking (def not meats) claiming 30 burgers can fit on the griddle side
