I know some of you may hate me for this, but ALL lays chips (the 7.5-8oz bags; kettle chips not included) are the cheapest I've seen them in quite some time. $2.00 at Walmart.

Perfect timing for those of you wanting a party for the 4th, or if you're just a junk food addict like me. Better price per oz by far, than the party sized bags.

Curious as to why the price would be "YMMV"? These are advertised on their website at the $2 price.

They always drop prices on this snack stuff prior the July 4th holiday. It's a matter of routine. The Walgreen's deal is even lower (if it's convenient). Target isn't as competitive, but they're 2 for $5. Chances are local supermarkets (especially if it's a chain store) will have good deals on these as well.

Also at Kroger if you scan the digital code under the chips. Lot better variety than my Walmart. Poppables, kettle cooked, wavy. Anyone that's been to Kroger knows what's up. Even the summer flavor. Cuban sandwich lol. You can add it from the Kroger app also.
