Bought this set when it was on sale at Macy's for a similar price. They look nice but some of the plates we got wobbled on a flat surface.

A few things here I got a blue set off a deal a few years ago. They feel quality and are generally pretty good although they chip easily and I have had to toss a a cup and a bowl. I wouldn't microwave one of these for longer then a minute or so. I definitely microwaved some bacon and it cracked in half.

I'm saying that I think they were made to look irregular (like not perfectly round) intentionally; it was a design choice so they look kinda handmade. I'm also saying that they look stupid in my opinion, but of course that's subjective.
