Happy hour discounts even let you pick up instead of forcing you to get it delivered so you save a lot on fees. The Uber prices are very close to the prices in-store so with the discounts it is much cheaper. And Taco Bell lets you schedule your order so as long as you order from 2-5 pm you can pick up whenever.
It gets better if you got the Uber gift cards from Costco as well.

This is better than the $5 box to me. I got the luxe box today and enjoyed it more than the past $5 box deal.

They use to have two slices of pizza and a large fountain drink for three bucks. They recently raised it to four at my location

This luxe box is 1400 calories(diet drink) with a good portion of that coming from protein for $7.
3 cheesy double beef burritos is 1710 calories for $8.37.
Cravings Box where I'm at is 1280 max calories for $6.29.
As far as fast food goes, I find those prices perfectly fine, especially compared to these other companies who can't even find the decency to give anything other than a small or junior sized drink with their "value" deals when everyone knows they are making 90% margins on fountain beverages.
