Depends on your intended use. If you are doing gardening and moving a lot of soil or gravel, get this.

We redid one side of the house from mulch to landscape rocks a couple months ago. I couldn't have done it without something like this. Used it for mulch, rocks, pavers, etc. Made the job much easier and the fat tires were easy on the grass as well. It is a good mix of size and low weight for light to medium landscaping tasks. Just don't overfill it with whatever you're hauling. You probably need something bigger if you are doing more than, for example, say 200lbs or so of rocks, etc.
I do wish it could store upright because even though it's not huge, it does take up a good bit of space if you are keeping it on your garage floor. I was able to store it by hanging it from a fast track system hook on my garage wall and that works really great. For the price and for hauling mulch and landscape rocks around, I'm really very happy with it.

First of all, this is probably one of the cheapest carts you will find, and it's very portable and stores easily. Most of the others are easily $100+ and way more bulky. We got this for basic garden work and it's been absolutely amazing. Most of the 4 wheel carts don't have a solid bottom, which we wanted since we're putting soil/rock/etc in this thing.

I bought this cart and finished my entire back yard with it. It was a new construction, so the yard had to be leveled and then graded. This cart made it easy. I'm glad I didn't get a single-wheel wheel barrel or a 4-wheel one because it would've been harder. This one sits as close to the ground as it gets so shoveling lots of dirt, sand, and rocks didn't kill my back. I moved over 20 tons of material using this cart at much higher weights than the 300 lb weight limit. I didn't know if it could handle it, but it showed almost no sign of wear. I also used it to mix 15 bags of 80-lb concrete. I was going to throw it away after this job, but it's still going strong so I'm keeping it.

Had it, sold it, got the 4 wheeled version for about 30 bucks more from a deal posted here.

If you envision yourself wheeling around lighter things, then this will suit you fine. If you're going to be moving around gravel, soil, heavy planters - the extra space and wheels of the larger 4 wheeled version is a lot easier to manage.
I have the 4 wheeler too. I also have a standard wheelbarrow. The 4 wheeler is definitely much easier to deal with but can be a little hard to maneuver in tight spaces compared to the wheelbarrow. I like it for heavier items but it has slightly less volume. The wheelbarrow is great for mulch and lighter weight stuff that you need to move a lot of or if you need to maneuver it quickly or in narrow spots. I've had the wheelbarrow tip over with too much weight though - thats where the 4 wheeler helps. I feel like this two wheeler would actually make it easier to move super heavy stuff because its easier for me to push than it is to pull…

Delaware residents don't pay sales tax? What's the catch? Outrageous property/state income taxes, I assume?

First state immunity. However, we are getting milked since the English banker wars from 1810s. Also check the final amendment done to constitution to see how so crucial to feed the pig.

Any benefits to this one vs the one at Lowe's? Looks like folding handles to help with storage and possibly larger wheels?

I put one of these things together for my stepmother. What a PITA. None of the holes lined up right, the metal tubes wouldn't seat properly, and there were times I could have used a 3rd hand. I ended up having to hammer home some of the bolts. once it was done it was fine but I was cursing for a half hour beating on the thing.

I don't trust the foldable mechanism. It only looks sturdy to people who don't understand physics.

I got one of these for my 81 year old Aunt 3 or 4 years ago. No problem putting it together on a Christmas Day afternoon, and she thoroughly enjoys using it.

Good deal vs a 4-wheel cart?
My problem with the 4 wheel carts is they usually have a high center of gravity. More prone to tipping.

Mine finally shipped a day or two ago. This morning I was notified it was damaged and undeliverable, so now I'm getting a refund. Thanks for nothing, I guess.
