I don't see a 2ah battery anywhere in the listing, but even still this is the newer brushless model with more power and better sustained battery life. And the 4ah battery will kick butt.

I have the non-brushless 80v version of this and even with the 2ah it's awesome.

Wow, that's terrible... I woke up in the middle of the night, happened to check my emails and saw this, added it to cart and it was the sale price, then when checking out I decided I wanted to switch cards and then it was back to regular price... so 😔

Would have been nice to have "til midnight" in the description...

I just happened to stumble upon the deal this evening as I was looking for a chainsaw. I decided to post it even though it only had about five hours left since it was a pretty good deal and hopefully at least one other person would be able to grab it.

Even though I didn't notice this deal until it was too late (I got the alert email at 12:36am, anyway), I wondered if I would have returned my Costco deal (a 2.5gen model# 2029402 for $320, only a 4Ah battery) to get this one.

Any insights into what I would have missed by going for this deal, instead of the Costco deal? (i.e., the difference between the Best Buy older one and the Costco newer one). They're both brushless, but other than that, no idea (other than the extra 2Ah battery with this deal).
