I'd say Bro 3s personally.
Thank you for the video courses for version one. These are version twos that acoustically a little different not over the top crazy but a little different.

Currently using these klipsch speakers for use with home DJ setup, would these be an appropriate upgrade? https://a.co/d/0ilYzSuS
Yes. But you will need something to power these, like a stereo amplifier.

Will this be overkill for PC speakers?
Yes. I would suggest to look for nearfield listening speakers. Vanatoo, Monoprice thx satellites, Kali audio etc are good.

Can you return if opened? Trying to figure out if this is the right option for the inlaws
It's Klipsch. It's never the right answer.

How are these compare to triangle Bro 3?
Objectively these are better. Subjective listening - I've seen a lot of folks recommend the Bro3s.

These have bigger drivers, better build quality and have measured better while bro3s have had some controversy regarding the quality varying based on where they are made, and some folks have measured the bro3s as not great.

If its heresy or higher then its the right answer. But for home theater exclusively these will slap.

would these be an upgrade over jbl 530s and klipsch rp160s?
i own the jbls, i sold rp160s many years ago but i liked them.
i do preffer a slightly brighter sound rather than dull and boring.

would be using in home theatre with denon avr
