No stock anywhere near me. So I'd have to pay the handling fee either way
Stores have chairs in stock, but they still mark them not eligible for 1hr pickup so they can collect the handling fees. Really annoying and shady. I confirmed this with two different chairs at two local stores. Both stores had both chairs in stock (one had 7 of them), but Staples.com still didn't offer (free) 1hr pickup for those chairs. Both chairs were only available for the pickup that charges $12.75 "handling" fees. Not buying a chair from Staples for that reason. Also, I spent a lot of time in two stores and tested all their chairs. The Hyken and Dexley are both garbage. I know some people like them, but they didn't feel good to me at all. I tested multiple chairs of the same type to make sure it was not a defective build. You get what you pay for with these chairs.
I had this chair over 7 years, the cushion is tearing apart from the edge. I wanted to upgrade to a different and better chair, does anyone have any good recommendation? similar to this one with more back support. Around $300 range. Thanks in advance.

When on sale, I love my workpro 9000. Got around that price & zero issues.
I see both the Blue and Grey chairs (in addition to the Black) on sale at the same price, at least in my area. I have 2 of these, and 2 of the Hyken chairs. The Dexley are more roomy and generous, whereas the Hyken are kind of tight.
Excellent 7 year warranty on these, that I've used a few times. Call the 800 number and let them know the parts that failed, and within a few days replacement parts show up at the door. Unlike Office Depot who is a nightmare to deal with to get warranty parts on chairs.
