So you save time not having to pan-sear bacon, but gotta hand-wash this after.
Also, while I usually don't mind warming up food in a plastic container, I'm not quite comfortable heating it to high temps in a plastic container. Others who know more on this topic, please weigh in on if and how high temperatures may affect food safety in contact with plastic.

I'm also a bit skeptical that the plastic lid is a good idea, I always cover with dry paper towels so steam can escape nicely.
FWIW I know how to cook bacon in the skillet and the oven, but you can turn out bacon on this completely hands-off at about 1 minute per strip, it definitely is handy at times.
Comes out really nice & flat too, if you want that for a particular sandwich.
