Crazy amount of fat in these. At least there is no added sugar. Eat in moderation, as always.

If you add one of each, you will get the option for a delayed delivery to earn $3 (x2) in delayed delivery. That $6 makes them $9.50 for 4

Nuts in general have a high amount of fat, this is the good fat people should be eating

Some of the fat comes from the added coconut oil, which is saturated and unhealthy.

I added 1 of each and I don't seem to be getting that option for delayed shipping.

Coconut oil is great for you. Saturated fats are not inherently unhealthy at all. This is very old and wrong medical info

If u think coconut and sunflower oils are bad for you, not sure what u r eating but I bet you at least 10 things worse in your diet than them as per other people's opinion... Its not like you are drinking gallons of these each day... a tiny bit in one serving of cereal will do you more good than harm, and definitely better than sugar and HFCS.
