Anyone have their offer not "stick"? I know I activated my card. I even copy/pasted the text from the site (next time will do screen cap). It says, "your offer is activated" and the last 4 of my card. But I went to the site again just now and I got the message again as it it wasn't activated.
I only checked because I realized I wasn't getting the bonus. I messaged support and they basically said I didn't activate a Chase Offer. Gee thanks, but I wasn't talking about those offers. I pushed back so we'll see what they say, but I'm wondering why it seemingly didn't stick. If I try to activate the bonus again, I get the message that I'm already enrolled and if I do my SO's card, it says she's already enrolled, so hers apparently stuck.

So it turns out I was getting the 5% back. If you go into your account and click the rewards you'll see how much earn for each transaction and I'm getting 5% at grocery stores and restaurants.
Is there anywhere you could track the progress to the 1k?
The tracking of cashback rewards sucks for Chase. That's my only gripe with them. You can't track special cashback bonuses like this one at all, and the regular quarterly bonuses for the Freedom cards don't update in real time within a billing cycle, only at the end when a billing statement is generated. They make it hard to know when you're getting close to the cap.
