You can always use half of the spice pack. Use the second half with cheap ramen or in a different dish. If the soup tastes too diluted, add a bit of better than bouillon base to enrich the flavor. Just a suggestion.

You need to eat one every two days.

BTW, look a few post up. Apparently the ones shipping from Amazon Resales are $12.99 and have a date of 8/9/24.
Yes that was the post I was meaning to respond to, the point was I did not order it from the resale warehouse, I paid full sale price from Amazon (not 12.99, but the 16 from this deal), and the box I received was expiring soon anyways.

If you chat online with Amazon (IME it's not easy to find that option) they may refund you without you having to send it back. That said, there's still a month remaining, and it's probably "Best By", meaning that it's still OK to eat after the date. Dried ramen can probably last as long as dinosaur fossils.

True, but I sometimes eat red as it's cheaper. I usually add green onions and frozen dumplings or an egg

Try starting the pot with a slice or two of smoked bacon then sauté your veggies with half the spice pack them move to dish and prepare noodles as normal. Mix and enjoy.

great price for a good instant ramen. I personally prefer the flavor of Sapporo Ichiban but this is still a good tasting ramen.

I agree with others I think I prefer Buldak over this as well and their 2X spicy is a bit too much but the regular spicy is really good. Haven't tried the creamy carbonara flavor which seems to be very popular.
Sadly Ichiban ramens are mere shadows of former glory.

I just bought two cases yesterday at Costco for $15.99 each. Just a heads up as my local Costco doesn't always carry it.
costco $16 is for the 18 pack
not 20.

The Gold is phenomenal too, though.
After some research, i found that gold is exclusive to the US, as it was deemed too greasy and salty for asians to eat. 😂😂

I got this last deal and wouldn't get it again. Couldn't eat it before expiring.
I like spicy but this is straight up burns in and out. Even after toning it down with honey it's still not pleasant.
LOL. cat.

The fact that there's more than an entire day's worth of sodium in ONE 4oz pack of noodles is mind-boggling to me...

Are these super spicy?
No. I had to add chili oil to it, and my chili oil is homemade and very spicy

Adding more sodium to something that already giving more than your daily allowance? Americans eat like they have free Healthcare.

That's why I said half a spice pack….. most wouldn't eat ramen if they had free health care.

this stuff is freeze dried. this won't go bad, but the flavor may start to degrade and may go stale if you live in a humid area.
