tbh it was cheaper last week when various wera tools were posted on woot.com.. was only a one day sale though which stacked 10% off/item for their anniversary event. Cant turn back time but just a data point. Most their stuff on woot was metric so i didn't bite. Need SAE

I don't know how good of a deal this is, but I found this exact set on the side of the road last month while on a bike ride, and have used this kit a number of times since. It's incredibly satisfying and useful once you get the hang of the ratchet. Really nice quality set!

I find these little Wera sets extremely useful for working on bicycles and car dashboards (radio/headunit installs, etc). Having a the 4mm and the 5.5mm is nice, nothing over 13mm required.

if you're satisfied with Harbor Freight tools, why are you even looking at top quality $100 compact tool sets, much less commenting on them?

Harbor Freight has its place, for me - specialized one, two time use tools, but even Harbor Freight seems to be attempting to move up price.
