Looks like the picture is incorrect. The photo is a RH throw glove.

The photos for both LH throw & RH throw are the same.

I'd default to the listing & not the photo, however.

If your child is a bit older, they have the 12.75" LHT Rawlings Sandlot [amazon.com] at $42.47. It's one of the more recommended youth gloves and usually in the $70-$80 range. I ended up getting the R9 for my kid from eBay on an auction deal but was strongly considering the Sandlot. Amazon is matching the Rawlings site [rawlings.com] on that one as well

If your child is a bit older, they have the 12.75" LHT Rawlings Sandlot [amazon.com] at $42.47. It's one of the more recommended youth gloves and usually in the $70-$80 range. good price for a starter glove, but just be advised it's vinyl not leather, so it won't last for years if it gets regular use.
Vinyl gloves are good for younger kids because they're easier to close as they develop more hand strength though.

uh, left hand, this is a great price and a decent glove. My daughter have the the right hand. Hope the right hand will be one sale too.

I was just thinking the same thing looking at the picture, that glove goes on your left hand and would be right hand throw. But yeah, definitely ignore the photo and stick with the listing details.

$71. Crazy good price for new. It was a 3 day auction I used a sniper on. I was tracking a lot of R9 listing's and most ended much higher than that.

I doubt it. I've been scouring the glove market for a good couple months (I have 3 boys lol) and one thing I noticed, is that it was much easier to find deals on LHT gloves. My boys all throw with their right. Ironically, one does everything else with his left but started throwing with the right after he used his older brothers glove before he had his own.

I'm not sure if this year is an anomaly, but I always assumed there would be better and more deals for righties

Browse through Rawlings site, but the Sandlot is a good choice from what I've read. They have a few more heavily discounted gloves (only left handed throw). I didn't have time to post them all. There is a good chance amazon matched the others as well.
