Get a 6-9 cup just to make it worth the clean up. Try Cafe Bustelo as it stands proud over ice.

Bustelo is a robust grind I've used in the past. I mostly use lavazza super crema or intelligentsia whole bean nowadays

1. Steam espresso: temperature is higher at bolong water, you will get more stuffs into your coffee (undesirable).
2. Usual espresso does pump at higher pressure, 15 bar.
3. You don't need to get a $500 machine. There are plenty $150 or below machines available in the market. Just go with those.
