I believe Bosch Icons are beam blades whereas these are conventional. Beam blades have more contact points and generally perform better, especially in winter IMO.

I have prime, and it's not allowing me free shipping for 21". Tried on 2 different browsers and 2 computers

Not sold by Amazon, ships from 3rd party seller, not Prime eligible.
