These bits fit into standard 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch chucks. This set includes 3/16-x-6-1/2-inch, 1/4-x-4-inch, 1/4-x-6-inch, 3/8-x-6-inch, and 1/2-x-6-inch bits.
That seems off. SDS bits don't fit in regular drill chucks.
So these bits can be used in a regular drill chuck that can fit a 10mm shaft. Definitely 1/2" drills will work, and 3/8" (about 9mm) might work. Not what the bits are designed for, but they will fit and work as the drill will let them.
If using them in a hammer drill (but not a rotary hammer, as they are designed for), they'd work OK. But the point of the SDS (original / Plus / Max) is that the drill bit is free to slide axially into the target, as it is hammered. In a rotary hammer, you get that. In a hammer drill, you don't - it hammers but is held firmly in the chuck. And in a regular drill, you definitely don't - it is held firmly in the chuck with no hammering action.
But these are all pretty small bits, maxing at 1/2". For anyone who just has a few holes to drill, I'll suggest that before buying a rotary hammer and set of SDS Plus bits, see if the drill (not even a hammer drill is needed) and masonry bits you already have will do the job.
