Fundamental design flaw with this is:
The space between the surface of keyboard mount and the bottom of your desk is dependent of thickness of desk.
If you have a thick desk, mouse doesn't fit and it keeps scratching to desk…

Thanks, I've just been placing my keyboard on my lap while I work.... Kept meaning to buy a tray, then didn't really like what I saw and was going to build one, then just got used to having it on my lap.

Really I'd like a tray that snaps onto my chair that can rotate away when I get up, but I haven't thought about how to design one, or seen one yet.

I was in a similar situation and hacked together a solution using the adjustable monitor arms I had lying around. See pics for how it was built. The keyboard tray is built using plywood. It allows good range of movement - including standing up as the arm can be moved up/down/side-ways. The only shortcoming is that the arm I have has a little bit of give-away(not staying solid in one place), but I rest it on chair arms and also got used to it.
Hope this gives you some ideas.

Huh, I actually have 3 or 4 monitor arms sitting in boxes from different deals. I think I'll try something like this, thank you very much!

Feel like it'll hit the motor housing under the desk if you have an adjustable standing desk.

I see you have the Logitech Wave keyboard which is great. I'm on my 2nd or 3rd of them, and struggling to find it new anywhere these days.

Deal is dead for me. Coupon code doesn't work and no coupon to clip.

They raised the main price $4 but coupon still works. Oh well, not this time. Maybe they'll drop it again.

Have had this for a while. Keep in mind that tucking your chair under the desk will be a little hard with this.
It's made pretty well though!

Received today. My first universal keyboard tray, very sturdy and smooth slide. Easy and quick assembly (your own screw driver is required). Was great deal for the price.. Fits perfect for my approx. 0.6 inch thick table top. Gives about 2.75 inch space for keyboard and mouse to go under table, which is plenty. A+

Received a few days ago and set up / installed today. Works great with sit to stand desk that is only 24" deep.
