I'm completely the opposite. Synthetic fibres on my junk make me itch and sweat like mad.

Idk how people do it with synthetics if not just wearing it to the gym or temporarily.

Ever since trying the breeziness of Modal i'm on the Cotton+Modal-only team.

Can anyone give any feedback on how good these are for working in construction and outdoor activities such as hiking and such for the summer?

Yeah, I'm also bumping for visibility. With the weather getting a lot hotter wondering if I should save the money and convert to boxers fully to let the "boys" loose…

Can't really speak to construction or hiking but these are pretty pleasant to wear, as in, put them on and forget you're wearing them in my opinion. @ 2 buck a pair, give it a whirl, I doubt you'll be disappointed

I'm using this daily and I'm a delivery driver. They get loose after couple of washes. But still like them. And I'm buying again.

Cotton marketers trying to gaslight us with this "moisture wicking" business?

40+ years of underwear and I'm on a rotation of all-synthetic, all-mesh 32 Degrees and Duluth Buck Naked now…couldn't be happier with the investment.

As an older millennial who still wears boxers, I ask of SD, when do I switch to these?

That's all I wear now, along with mw darn tuff socks. I despise anything cotton, especially if it gets the least bit warm … and moist.

Same here with the cotton modal mix. I just bought 2 shirts from pair of theives that's a cotton/modal(viscose)/spandex mix. Going to see how well they work in the hot summer. I don't like my Spyder and Volcom cotton/polyester mix tanks as they are too sticky in the heat.

If you are in the heat, and active, look for sales on modal. Cotton absorbs and will create friction. In the realm of cotton, get the covered waste band in this style. It helps with comfort.
