I have the analog version of this same model (you turn a knob instead of buttons) would recommend it for this price! (I got mine in february for $20 or $25 with a different best buy sale)

harder to clean compared to what? a traditional toaster oven? or comparing to a different model airfryer?

You can just take out the bottom part and stick it in the dish washer like any other air fryer. What makes it harder to clean?

Bought the 8qt version of this and love it, absolutely worth this price for the 6. Nice, large basket (much better than the circle ones!), super easy to clean, lots of modes to cool things, just overall a great purchase. I wouldn't recommend anything under 6qt, so this is perfect.

They send you a check for what you paid and won't send replacement units or parts.

You have to send them proof of purchase, then proof of defect, then proof that you 'destroy' it by cutting the cord.

If you buy it for $20 and it breaks, they refund the $20. If the current price for the same unit is now $80, they don't care as you got what you paid back.

One of the buttons on the touchscreen flashes on and off 100% of the time on mine. Drives me insane. Need to keep it unplugged while not in use unless you don't mind a constant blinking light in your kitchen.
