No, the USB-C port supports data transfer only. No PD/DP functionality.
Does it say that in the specs?
USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C - should support PD functionality at the very least.

Just don't do it! The reason why the sell computers with Windows in S Mode is because they are too under-powered to run regular Windows. I know the reason they say is security, only Microsoft apps, blah, blah. Also, the move from Window S Mode is one-way-if computer is too slow, you cannot switch back!
Thanks for the info. No need to sell cuz at this price it is disposable. Just want to install Chrome browser which S mode will not allow. I know this machine is underpower and will only use it for web browsing and other very minor tasks, nothing else.

I just watched a youtube video and it looks like one has to have a Microsoft account to turn off S mode via the Microsoft app store. Don't want a Microsoft account so I'll pass on this deal.

I respectfully disagree. The reason they put S Mode on budget laptops is because the target demographic is people buying these for their kids or their elderly parents where the enhanced security is a benefit. The hardware on this machine will run normal Windows just fine if anyone chooses to switch out of S Mode. I have much older machines with inferior hardware running Windows just fine.

Don't listen to this person. This laptop will easily handle web browsing, office software, even some light photo or video editing. 8GB RAM is basically the bare minimum these days, but it will serve you just fine. They're equating this laptop to the 4GB Celeron e-waste that typically comes with S Mode, but this thing is leagues better than those.

And yes, you can disable S-Mode just fine, but Edge is as good as chrome at this point, although Microsoft gradually keeps enshittifying it so I get why you'd stick with the data-hungry megacorp you know.

Come on people, the proper target audience for this type of laptop is someone who travels a lot, but only does web surfing and data entry items, with video calls and checking email thrown in.

This after a 8GB minimum upgrade would be perfect for your grand parent, parent, or someone else who has low usage.

Price for what you are getting is very good, just know the limitations. This is not meant for gaming, heavy modified excel, video or any kind of editing.

As mentioned by a wise person in the previous thread on this offer, it does not have Intel Iris Xe Graphics. It has UHD. I verified this. The i3 version does not supper Iris graphics.
