Really? That's a good deal.
Please share the link to the New SE2 for 159.00, I'd rather get a new one.

The 13 Mini price isn't awful, around the same as eBay but the two year warranty from a reputable retailer helps.

Yup! the 2-year warranty is what makes or breaks the deal. without the 2-year warranty I wouldn't get them.

Any experience? I'd be interested in buying a phone but only if I could bring it to Apple to get a new battery. Not sure if they actually "refurbish" and use generic parts that would void Apple repairs?

For those with t-mobile, there may be a better option. You can trade in any working iPhone from the 5 to the XR and get a new iPhone 13 for $315. We traded in two original SE (worth nothing) for two iPhone 13. If you buy them at Costco, you get a $100 shop card and no activation fee. My oldest wanted a new battery for her iPhone 12, which was at 86% of original strength. It was cheaper to buy her the 13 and sell her phone than to buy a new battery. In fact, it was almost break even.
The other new phone was for my dad. He did well, too. T-Mobile had just given him a new iPhone SE 3rd gen because he was using a XR that doesn't support 5G. They let him keep the XR. We sold his XR and his almost new SE, so he was almost break even going to a new 13. We are just out two worthless iPhones we had sitting in a drawer.

Warranty provided by "Kiss Electronics NYC". Couldn't find a website, closes I found was an eBay storefront [ebay.com] and a really bad Yelp listed that marks the business as closed....

That's not a bad price but you have to deal with T-mobile bill credits. Fine for T-mobile postpaid who know they'll stick with them the next 2 years, but I try to avoid bill credits when I can because it's essentially just another form of a contract
