Yes the instructions can be wrong, use some common sense and 3D thinking.
What worked for us is my 13 yo daughter would go through and fish out parts and fasteners for the NEXT step in the assembly process while I worked on the current step. I used an electric battery drill with a torque limiter. That will speed up assembly GREATLY. Lastly, taking the protective plastic off the roof panels is a huge PITA and sheet metal is like a razor so be careful.
I was able to get 2 or 3 price adjustments on it. Basically even when it went out of the 30 day PA period I went to CS and told them flat out that I was going to go in the club, haul the thing all the way to the front, buy it, then immediately return it. Also how that's a huge waste of time for everyone including them. So they did a phantom purchase and return on the spot. In the end basically the same net effect as a price adjustment. They will only do this so long as they have physical stock of unassembled items. If they still have the floor item they won't do this.
